James Sharpe sent the extra mile to find us the car spec we wanted and even after the vehicle we picked was sold elsewhere, he found us another one within the day.
Loved the fact that my car was collected and delivered back to me. Disappointed in the Covid excuse for the lack of cleaning/valeting, but understand that is a nationwide BMW policy. Did want my hands free sorted out, and my radio stations altered.
