Last time I bought a Mini I got flowers . Other than that it was a very food experience. The sales team that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Because everyone was so friendly. All the functions of the car were explained in a non patronising manner and it was a really positive experience.
My car was booked in on the stated time, the car was serviced and was ready for collection at the specified time. Good job well done by all concerned.
All my questions were answered and I was given plenty of time for the whole process.

Approachable friendly staff who helped us through all the phases of buying our new Mini. Once ordered we were kept in the loop on what was going on.
I would have been completely satisfied, however, I was told prior to collecting the car that it would be filled with a full tank of petrol. Upon collection, when the car was filled with petrol, I later realised it had only been filled halfway,
My car is still with the service centre and nobody has spoken to us in 4 days.
Never used to be a mini fan before having my first (as recommended by my husband....and for being a nippy drive)

They even fixed my key fob for me, which needed some plastic secured.
Well received on arrival by charming receptionist, all paperwork ready, received telephone on time of completion, Car had been cleaned , received follow up call two days later.
