My car has always been serviced and maintained by main dealers and passed the MOT with two advisories (cracked number plates). The health check had an advisory the clutch was heavy and low bite and quoted over £3000 to replace clutch!

Only 4 stars as I had to wait 3.1/2 hrs for MOT then another 1.1/2 hrs when I brought car back for retest. I realise there was a staff shortage but both my appointments were for a wait appointment.

I did not like the telephone booking. Speaking to a bot who does not understand your requirement and repeating things. Mini ringing me back at their convenience and repeating my requiements again. You texting to ask me to confirm booking. Why?

Really went the extra mile for me. So easy for them to tell me I would need to sort my wing mirror but the fact they took the time to as someone from mini to help really meant a lot. It was a simple thing if you knew how!

90 minute waiting appointment booked. However was nearer 150 minutes. This was mainly due to no work starting on the car for nearly an hour. I understand the work might take a bit longer than quoted but this seemed more of a scheduling issue.

Lady at the booking in service desk was excellent and helpful. During on line booking in I opted to add the fuel additive however when I picked car up the full bottle was left on the seat - I assumed this would have been added as part of the service

Not impressed - Did on line checkin day before - phone call for same info then asked again when I delivered vehicle. No interaction from staff ever since buying on how I was getting on with the car, issues, etc. Had to wait to pay as too busy.
