It's my fourth mini procured from Synter Newport, notwithstanding the fact that I live in Cardiff. They must be doing something right! Basically, it is down to the people. I am on first name terms with 3 of your colleagues and they look after me!

All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Alyx, although new, came across as friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions by Alyx or Tilly, just as I like!

Lady at the booking in service desk was excellent and helpful. During on line booking in I opted to add the fuel additive however when I picked car up the full bottle was left on the seat - I assumed this would have been added as part of the service

We were kept waiting over 6.5 hours having been told it would only take 2 to 3 hours. It was not given the courtesy vacuum and wash as promised.

All straight forward: booking on line was easy, I was grateful for the call the day before confirming arrangements & price; my query around working whilst so waited was answered & I was made to feel welcome & comfortable when I did that on the day.

The information given at the booking in point was very good, the video report and opportunity to confirm additional work while the vehicle was in the workshop was helpful. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.

Not impressed - Did on line checkin day before - phone call for same info then asked again when I delivered vehicle. No interaction from staff ever since buying on how I was getting on with the car, issues, etc. Had to wait to pay as too busy.
