The purchase and delivery were perfect. Jack tried everything to get me the car I wanted. Giuseppe made sure that the delivery went smoothly; he was also very informative, friendly and very understanding of me being a nervous wreck that day.

Jason and Jack at Sytner Newport made the whole experience easy and responded well and had lots of patience when fielding all my queries.Even finding golf clubs to show me that they could easily be accommodated in the back of the car.

Great service the experience when you are at the Mini centre is brilliant. Like you are being looked after by family always have coffee & drinks offered. Very nice atmosphere. Sophie always looks after everyone from the moment you enter.

Ryan Elston was very helpful explaining the various finance methods and it was a quick and easy process to go through. Car was waiting for us on delivery day and Jason Williams was extremely thorough in explaining the various functions

Easy to book the car in, Sophie listened to what the problem was and made sure that the problem was rectified in the least possible time. Gave updates at regular times and rang again the day after to ensure problem had not come back

Test drive was arranged with minimum fuss and was a big factor in us making the decision to upgrade. Following the smooth financial arrangements, the car was ready the following day and every care was made to ensure all our needs were met.
