I emailed paul asked for an apt, in the time period specified. He emailed me back with an apt. The day before the MOt I had a checkin email which was a bit confusing, I filled it in, Paul checked it. on the day everything went ahead smoothly.

Wow, I couldn't ask for better service! Paul is a top bloke who arranged a taxi for me to get to work and reassured me that they would look after me. He also allowed me to speak to the service manager who also was a top bloke and very pragmatic.

Well run, helpful staff - down side is it is very expensive for what you actually get. It is mostly an oil check with a bonus including visual check and a horn check. In this current climate, that is a lot of money for someone to honk the horn.
