All the staff at Mini Synner were very welcoming. Kayleigh was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions as to which model would best suit our needs. Kayleigh was extremely attentive and provided and provided a seamless handover. 10/10 Thanks

I have given four stars because there was a bit of a wait to pick up my car other than that service is excellent I always bring my mini there because I love the fact you don't complain about the mud and it always comes back clean

Most of the experience was good but the car mat damaged by the leak was not properly cleaned. I'd expected that it would have been replaced.
