My car has a very strong petrol smell, whuch Sytner have failed to diagnose. They had my car for a week, charged a diagnostic fee and reported that there was no leak and they couldn't smell petrol. The smell is very strong and can't be missed.

Although I booked ahead and was going to wait on site, a simple battery replacement took rather a long time. The booking was for 1.00 pm and the car was eventually taken into the workshop around 3.00 pm.
