The days are getting shorter and colder but our MINI Doozers are working furiously for us. Not long now!
25th October. A month to go. MINI Doozers start the final push!
Mid September and the MINI Doozers are making excellent progress. We should be in before Christmas. Hoorah!!
The MINI Doozers have battled through the wettest summer in MINIs living memory. Things are looking great, Sytner Newport MINI should be in there in less than three months!
Its beginning to look like a proper building now!
The anticipation around Sytner MINI Newport is higher than a heart beat in a MINI Cooper S.
One morning, on a clear, sunny June afternoon, the MINI structure takes shape. There is hum of excitement, Sytner MINI Newport is growing up!
The foundation trenches are dug for the MINI showroom. All the work is still on ground level right now. It would be great to see some more visible progress. Bad news received from the MINI Doozers. Six weeks behind.
This is the view from Usk Way by mid May 2008. In a few months we'll see the Sytner MINI sign from the road. Pride of place of course

MINI Doozers finish off the carpark at the other end of the site. This will eventually be a massive compound and car park for the all of Sytner Newport
Every building has to start somewhere. These are our corner stones. At the first attempt at driving in the 30ft concrete slabs, one was broken. D'oh! We lose a couple of days and are a tad behind schedule.
Why not come down to Sytner MINI Newport to check out our extensive range of digger buckets! Our MINI Doozers have dropped tools, quite literally.
MINI Doozers get cracking. Its the first week of April and expectations are high. Its so hard to imagine that this'll be where we will be living in a few months time.
