Delay in my lift from service department arriving to take me back to work, 45 minutes is far too long in my opinion.

As above I was told repairs were complete but on collection it was evident the problem had not been resolved it the took numerous calls to have this done and a further 4 weeks without car

For the reason given in question 1. I feel that I was misinformed and if I was given the choice I would have added the package which meant I would have Apple car play. I am also annoyed at myself for not checking and putting my faith in the salesman.

They found water in the storage compartment in the boot, but left as an advisory for me to keep an eye on it and bring it back if persists. Didn't even clear the water. Would prefer it to have been dealt with as part of service rather than having to

I was advised the appointment would take 30 minutes when I booked it, it took 3.5 hours during which time I had to sit in the showroom and try to work. I had to cancel an appointment which cost me business and then impacted on the rest of my day.

Had to keep chasing them for updates, never return calls. Given wrong information regarding the spec of the vehicle, wanted a leather sports wheel was ready to add on cruise control to get this, told standard on one model.arrived with plastic wheel!

An MOT & service was booked over the phone. After having to take time off work I was told the MOT and service could not be done at the same time. Only a service could be done with the MOT having to be rearranged. Valet was not done after the service.

Vehicle was booked in for pre warranty expiry check, brake fluid service and MOT. MOT was not carried out as some issue in the workshop. Annoying as MOT was not due until the 24th. Booked in again tomorrow.

I was deceived by the service centre they did not inform me the they had out sourced another garage to do the work on my car I was never informed and only found out the following day when I noticed another garages name on my documents

I was expecting to pay £28.50 not full price, I will reconsider where my MOT is undertaken next year since to need the car for a full day and charge full price is not competitive.

Car was absolutely filthy on collection. A day late because of technical issues at the garage. The advisor tried to be as helpful as he could and I was thankful for the drop off/ pick up arrangements.

The Mot machine i was told had broken down but I was told this much much later in the day and was asked if i could leave my car there over night. I couldn't as I had no way to get home from work that night or get to work the next day.

I was told the wrong price all along and led to think the price quoted would cover more than it did and when I questioned this the sales advisor was frankly rude. The car was also not cleaned properly. In summary , rude and deceptive service.
