Solved problem with car, but customer communication could have been better.
Danielle was fab. She really got the ball rolling and kept me informed in the process. She works very hard & is an asset to the company.

Daniel Short has given excellent service throughout. I wanted bonnet stripes and mirror caps and Dan showed us different ones -I chose black and white chequered ones for my black Clubman. I am very pleased with the result.
Everything went smoothly.
After a very disappointing start in which I discovered my car was no booked in for its service appointment . Dan at Sytner Newport was able to rectify the situation and my car was slotted in for its scheduled Service with very little fuss.
The service was completed within the allocated time, the staff were friendly. The only flaw was that I was promised a call to discuss getting a price on getting two new tyres but all I got asked was about the status of the car.
My service advisor was extremely good and the video sent confirming my car was all ok was good too.

Great quality work, good communication
Even though they wouldn't do a service- they did do a vehicle check and gave it a valet. The fault with the radio which i reported when i first had the car has finally be found and i need to take it back in.
service was prompt and professional but not everything was dealt with didn't feel as though i was listened to . reason s given for my brakes and handbrake was feeble and being told how to use a handbrake after over 30yrs of driving was patronising .

Excellent communication regarding the car, it's progress and any work that needed to be undertaken.
The service experience has been absolutely brilliant, the only thing that stopped me given 5 stars is the quality of the valet when I first picked up the car on purchase. I had to return the car to be cleaned again so for this reason I cant give 5.
There was a small repair in the inside where a grommet had come loose on the plastic as u step into the rear i mentioned this and on return had been repaired/renewed which I was very pleased about I also had a video explaining what had been completed
Theres always room for improvement I have previously been delighted to receive a bouquet of flowers when buying a brand new car, its those little touches that count too when spending so much money

While you wait service took longer than expected. Valeting team were overwhelmed so valet of car was delayed and incomplete.
Person who contacted me to arrange the mot gave me a date that was too early to preserve the existing expiry date, assured that everything would be ok..., guess what- it wasnt. Had to re-arrange. Grrr...

This is a very difficult one for me to answer as your staff are excellent and give above and beyond but we bought a car that we paid full price for and was told it has been through a thourgh check mechanically wise and this wasnt the case.
I think it is unfair to the Service person at Mini Newport to do survey as he is new and learning the job

Not happy at all with the experience
The sales guy didn't know what traction control meant, so couldn't explain to us ! There were marks on the bodywork, car hadn't been completely prepared (cleaned)
Great communication, service was completed quickly and had a sparkly clean car at the end! So lovely to have it "like new" if only for a few days.

the sales room was very clean, and had a nice relaxed feeling there the staff were very helpful
I was pleased with some aspects of the service (friendly people, quick to book in) and disappointed with others (my car was damaged during the complimentary wash). Then again pleased that the damage was repaired quickly and well.
